The Club
The Talega Swim and Athletic Club has become a real part of Talega life, and no wonder. Outside are the resort-style pool, junior-Olympic pool, splash-play fountains, sport court and picnic areas. Inside the 6,000-square-foot clubhouse are places to exercise, relax and socialize. Everything is designed to the highest standards, and yet completely comfortable. Those who live here have come to love the Club.
Fred Couples Signature Golf Course
Part of what makes Talega so special is the Fred Couples “Signature” golf course. Its 18 holes meander through an oak-filled canyon, a rugged marsh and a series of lakes. Everywhere are views of San Clemente’s graceful hills. The magnificent Spanish Colonial clubhouse – with fountains, terraces and fine dining – is a bit of relaxed elegance amid the great outdoors.

Education
Talega residents have access to both public and private schools. The private schools in and around San Clemente include St. Margaret’s PS-12, Our Savior’s Lutheran School, St. Michael’s Academy and Our Lady of Fatima School.
