Dave is a passionate, visionary and personable executive with a unique combination of sales, marketing, technological and negotiating skills. With 25 years of management and financial experience, he has repeatedly proven himself an industry leader by designing and implementing creative solutions for his clients.

Having spent several years in real estate, he is an expert in real estate for non-profit organizations. Wishing to apply his national experience in the real estate market to residential homes in South County, Dave and his wife Trisha started the Csira Group. Dave and his family are residents of the Talega area of San Clemente and is active in the community. He has served as a director on a number of boards and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the American Cancer Society.

Following the old adage that to be truly happy in your work, you should do what you love most. For Trisha, it is all about the homes. With a background in corporate marketing and design, and past experience as a project manager, Trisha oversees the creation of marketing materials and strategy. She also has an exceptional gift for knowing what needs to be done to have a home present at its best and knows who to call if additional services are required.

As the mother of two young children, she is very familiar with what parents look for in their community. She has made it her business to become informed about support groups, education, healthcare and other contacts that make life more rewarding for families. Witty, insightful and fun, Trisha provides a flourish to the group that is valued by clients again and again.
