Laguna Niguel

Hidden Hills Elementary School

Grades K - 5

Hidden Hills Elementary School, which opened in September 1994, is a K-5 elementary school which emphasizes communication skills through the use of technology. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the City of Laguna Niguel.

Our mission at Hidden Hills Elementary is to educate students to be the problem solvers, cooperative workers, self-starters, information managers and multilingual citizens of the 21st century. Global communications is the focus of our school.

All students at Hidden Hills begin each day with a morning flag ceremony which includes the raising of the American flag by a different student each day. Announcements and special occasions are also celebrated each morning.

Our students learn in a challenging, yet risk-free environment. Students are provided a cross-curricular thematic instructional program which emphasizes reading, writing, speaking, collaborative learning and technology.

Our students have the opportunity to participate in different computer network and telecommunication systems. A variety of enrichment and intervention classes are offered after school.

Parents, students, teachers, classified personnel, administrators and the community work closely to plan and create a vision for Hidden Hills Elementary. A school-based management committee meets on a regular basis, and shared decision-making is very much a part of our instructional program.

Hidden Hills Elementary School offers students and their parents the unique opportunity to be a part of the global community of the future!
