As the team leader, Dave draws on more than 25 years of experience as a successful business executive and entrepreneur.  Dave has been active in real estate for the past eight years by engineering creative solutions for home sellers, buyers, investors and non-profit organizations by capitalizing on current market trends.  He is highly professional, knowledgeable, accessible and hands-on. Dave has become known throughout the industry as an expert in short sales and is an active consultant and practitioner in these matters.

Sima Jafarinia

Since joining the Csira Group in 2009, Sima immediately secured her role as the heart of the operation.  Responsible for short sale negotiations, communications with other agents and all the paperwork, Sima is all work and no drama.  She is uniquely qualified for this role with over ten years experience as a realtor, having her broker’s license, and having worked as a loan processor and mortgage originator for six years.  Sima’s work ethic and business smarts ensure that we maintain an operationally excellent enterprise.

Trisha Csira, Realtor

Following the old adage that to be truly happy in your work, you should do what you love most.  For Trisha, it is all about the homes. With a background in corporate marketing and design, and past experience as a project manager, Trisha oversees the creation of marketing materials and strategy. She also has an exceptional gift for knowing what needs to be done to have a home present at its best and knows who to call if additional services are required.

Christy DeLaTorre, Pickford Escrow

Anyone in California real estate knows that once a deal has been struck, it is the escrow officer who is tasked with keeping it all together.  No one in Orange County does this better than Christy.  Never one to lose her cool, she is determined, knowledgeable, resourceful and highly competent.  She has also worked in conjunction with the Csira Group on some of the toughest short sales we have encountered, consistently helping to find a way to get the transaction closed legally and on time.
